California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This notice applies to California residents as defined under California law when they interact with Listifys websites, mobile apps, or related services.

It supplements our Privacy Policy and does not apply to job applicants covered by a separate notice or to data governed exclusively by federal sector-specific laws.

2-1Identifiers

Name, postal address, email address, phone number, account username, IP address, device identifiers, and similar online identifiers.

2-2Customer Records and Protected Classifications

Payment-related information processed by partners, transaction history, and voluntary profile details. We do not require government ID or other sensitive personal information for ordinary use of the Platform.

2-3Commercial Information and Internet Activity

Listings, purchases, offers, messages, search history, interactions with ads, browsing history on the Platform, and diagnostic logs.

2-4Geolocation and Sensory Information

Approximate location from IP or device settings; precise location only if you enable it for features such as nearby listings. Photos, videos, and audio you upload in listings or messages.

2-5Inferences

Profiles reflecting preferences, approximate interests, fraud risk scores, and category affinities derived from your activity, used to personalize search results and safety systems.

3-1Directly From You

Account registration, listings, checkout, surveys, and support communications.

3-2Automatically and From Third Parties

Cookies and similar technologies, payment processors, analytics vendors, advertising partners, identity-verification providers, and publicly available sources used for trust and safety.

• Process transactions, payouts, and customer support
• Personalize content, search, and recommendations
• Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Comply with law and enforce our terms
• Send service messages and, with choice where required, marketing
• Research and develop new features

4-2Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by CPRA without appropriate notice and choice, such as security, short-term transient use, or services you request.

5-1Disclosures to Service Providers and Contractors

We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that process data on our behalf under written contracts limiting use to specified business purposes.

5-2Selling or Sharing

Listifys does not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers, internet activity, and inferences with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law may treat as "sharing."

You may opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising through our Cookie Consent Notice, privacy settings, or the Global Privacy Control signal where supported.

5-3No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service, except where permitted by law for value-related differences tied to voluntary programs.

6-1Retention Periods

We retain categories of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy, including active account life, dispute windows, tax obligations, and security logs.

7-1Rights to Know, Delete, and Correct

You may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosures, and sales or sharing. You may request deletion or correction of inaccurate personal information, subject to exceptions for legal compliance, security, and completed transactions.

7-2Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable through contact@listifys.com or in-app controls.

7-3Authorized Agents

Authorized agents may submit verifiable requests on your behalf with proof of authorization and identity verification of both agent and consumer, unless you have provided a signed permission under applicable law.

7-4Verification and Response Timing

We verify requests using account credentials or supplemental information. We aim to respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary with notice.

8-1Shine the Light

California residents may request information about disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 by emailing contact@listifys.com with subject line "Shine the Light."

8-2Minors

Listifys accounts are intended for users eighteen (18) or older. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) without required authorization.

We update this notice at least once every twelve (12) months and whenever our processing practices materially change. The effective date appears at the top of this document.
