Listifys is the organization responsible for personal information collected through the website and mobile apps for Canadian users, except where a service provider processes information on our instructions.

We obtain consent for collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as required by PIPEDA, including through account registration, location permissions, and checkout flows.

You may withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and request corrections of inaccurate information by contacting contact@listifys.com.

If you have a privacy concern, contact contact@listifys.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

4-1Processing outside Canada

Personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries by our service providers (hosting, payments, analytics). We use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
