Mobile App Terms

1-1Binding Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Listifys mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Mobile App Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and other incorporated policies.

If you disagree, uninstall the App and discontinue use.

1-2Provider

The App is offered by Listifys, 1000 Bearcat Way Suite 105 Unit 5, Morrisville, NC 27560, USA | Workafella Cyber Crown HiTech City, 7th Floor HUDA Techno Enclave Madhapur, Hyderabad Telangana 500081, India. App store accounts and billing through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to each store's terms.

1-3Eligibility

You must meet the age and capacity requirements in our Terms of Service. The App is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and account registration requires users to be at least eighteen (18) unless otherwise permitted with verified guardian consent.

2-1Limited License

Subject to these terms, Listifys grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for lawful marketplace purposes.

2-2Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly allows
• Use the App to scrape data, spam users, or bypass fees or verification
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or integrity controls
• Sideload modified builds or use unofficial clients claiming Listifys access
• Harvest location or contact data of other users without consent

2-3Reservation of Rights

All intellectual property in the App, including trademarks, logos, and software, remains the property of Listifys or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

3-1Requested Permissions

Depending on features you use, the App may request access to camera and photo library for listing images, microphone for optional voice messages, notifications for messages and offers, contacts only if you initiate invite flows, and location for nearby search.

3-2Your Control

You may deny or revoke permissions in device settings. Some features will not function without the related permission, but core browsing may remain available.

3-3Background Operation

The App may run background processes for push delivery, security checks, and crash reporting. Battery and data usage vary by settings and activity.

4-1Third-Party Store Providers

Apple and Google are not parties to your marketplace transactions and are not responsible for Listifys support, content moderation, or dispute outcomes, except for store billing where applicable.

4-2Apple-Specific Terms

For iOS users, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Mobile App Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support obligations are Listifys' responsibility, not Apple's.

Where Apple processes in-app purchases for Listifys promotional products, Apple's payment and refund rules apply to those charges.

4-3Google Play Terms

Google Play distribution is subject to Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement and program policies. Refunds for Google-billed promotional purchases follow Google's policies and applicable law.

5-1Updates

We may release updates to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Some updates are mandatory to continue accessing the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible OS version.

5-2Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated through the App, email, or store release notes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5-3Service Interruptions

The App may be unavailable during maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted real-time messaging or notification delivery.

6-1Communications

In-app chat is provided for transaction negotiation. Harassment, threats, off-platform payment pressure, and sharing prohibited content violate our Community Guidelines and may trigger account action.

6-2Mobile Payments

Checkout availability depends on region, seller eligibility, and device security signals. Payment Terms and Buyer Policy govern protected transactions initiated in the App.

6-3Safety Tools

Use in-app reporting, block controls, and Marketplace Safety Tips when meeting locally. Listifys does not supervise in-person exchanges.

7-1Data Collection

App usage data, device identifiers, crash logs, and notification tokens are processed as described in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Consent Notice, and regional addenda such as GDPR Compliance and India DPDP Act Compliance.

7-2Advertising Identifiers

On supported devices, you may limit ad tracking through OS settings. Listifys honors applicable consent and opt-out signals for personalized advertising.

8-1Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate App access for policy violations, fraud risk, or legal requirements as described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

8-2Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Listifys disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8-3Limitation of Liability

Listifys' liability arising from App use is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
