Overview
These Payment Terms apply when you use Listifys paid features such as promoted listing boosts and any other paid services we offer. Peer-to-peer item purchases between buyers and sellers may occur outside Listifys payment rails. These terms form part of your agreement with Listifys.
1.1Third-Party Processors
Listifys uses regulated payment partners to process payments for platform fees and boosts: Razorpay for India and Stripe for other supported markets, plus any additional methods we enable. By paying, you also agree to applicable processor terms. Listifys does not store full card numbers on its servers.
1.2Currency and Availability
Displayed currencies may include INR, USD, and others based on region. Available methods depend on your location, account verification status, and item category. We may change supported methods with reasonable notice.
Buyer Payment Rules
2.1Authorized Payments
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that information you provide is accurate. You agree to pay the listed price, applicable taxes, shipping, service fees, and any disclosed promotion charges.
2.2Payment Holds and Release
For eligible transactions, Listifys or its partners may place funds in hold until delivery confirmation, a defined inspection period, or dispute resolution completes. Release timelines vary by category and risk profile.
2.3Chargebacks and Reversals
Improper chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving goods may lead to account suspension, collection efforts, and offset against seller recoveries. Legitimate fraud claims should be reported promptly to contact@listifys.com and your bank.
Seller Payouts and Fees
3.1Payout Eligibility
Sellers must complete account verification where required before receiving payouts. Payouts are sent to verified bank accounts, UPI IDs, or supported wallets in the seller's name or registered business name.

- Holds may apply for new sellers, high-risk categories, or elevated dispute rates
- Listifys may delay payout during open investigations or chargeback windows
3.2Fees
Listifys may charge listing fees, success fees, payment processing fees, promotion fees, or subscription fees disclosed at checkout or in your seller dashboard. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3.3Taxes
Sellers are responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes, including GST in India, VAT, or sales tax elsewhere. Listifys may collect and remit taxes where legally required and provide statements or invoices where supported.
Prohibited Payment Practices
4.1Off-Platform Payments
Redirecting buyers to wire transfers, crypto, gift cards, or unverified apps to avoid fees or evade detection violates Listifys rules and increases fraud risk. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that pressure off-platform payment.
4.2Money Laundering and Sanctions
You may not use Listifys to launder funds, process payments on behalf of third parties without authorization, or transact with sanctioned persons or jurisdictions. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering and sanctions screening obligations.
Disputes, Refunds, and Offsets
5.1Buyer Protection
Eligible purchases may qualify for Listifys buyer protection when items are significantly not as described, never arrive, or violate policy. Claims must be filed within stated windows with evidence. See Dispute Resolution and Refund & Cancellation policies.
5.2Offsets
Listifys may debit seller balances for refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or amounts owed to buyers or Listifys. Negative balances must be repaid before resuming payouts or certain activities.
Regional Compliance
6.1India
Payments involving Indian users may be subject to RBI guidelines, NPCI/UPI rules, GST invoicing requirements, and consumer protection remedies. Grievances may be raised via contact@listifys.com; we aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
6.2International Users
Cross-border payments may involve foreign exchange conversion, import duties, and additional verification. Users in the EEA, UK, and California retain privacy and financial data rights described in our regional compliance policies.

Effective July 14, 2026. Fee schedules and processor partners may change; material updates will be communicated through the platform or email where appropriate.
